Will I have any downtime when I switch?
Most typically you shouldn't have any down time when moving to VentureTel, even when porting your phone number. Your account manager will work with you to ensure that the transition moves as smoothly as possible. If you are porting your number to VentureTel, we recommend working with your account manager to setup a temporary number that you can forward your existing numbers to (the numbers you plan on porting) so that you don't miss any phone calls, and the transition moves as smooth as possible.
