What is the Clio integration?
CLIO is a legal practice management solution for law firms and attorneys. The VentureTel integration with CLIO allows the following:
- SMS Message Syncing
- Inbound and outbound messages are synced to the CLIO communications log based on the sender or recipients number. If the number isn't associated with a contact or company in CLIO, those messages are not synced to CLIO.
- When any user connects VentureTel to CLIO, then all inbound messages to VentureTel are synced to CLIO as long as there is a contact or company in CLIO to associate the messages with.
- Outbound messages are synced to CLIO and the from field in the communications log is matched to the user in VentureTel that sent the message.
- In order for the from field to be associated to the correct user, each user in VentureTel, has to connect CLIO in their account settings.
- If a user has not connected to CLIO in their VentureTel account settings, then when that user sends a message that messages won't be synced to CLIO
