Transferring a call direct to voicemail
Transferring to voicemail is similar to a normal call transfer except that it will be transferred directly to the users voicemail box without ringing their extension.
To perform a transfer direct to voicemail, while on the call:
- Push the transfer button
- Then dial **
- Then dial the extension of the user you want to send the call to voicemail.
Example: Transfer + ** + 200 -- Would transfer the call direct to the voicemail of extension 200.
