Manually Configure GS Wave App (iOS/Android)
GS Wave is a free soft phone (developed by Grandstream) that allows a user to make and receive calls from the smart phone as if they were calling from the office. Using the GS Wave app with your VentureTel account will allow you to make calls from your mobile device and show your office Caller ID to the recipient rather than your cell phone.
- To setup GS Wave, start by downloading the GS Wave App from the appropriate App Store.

After installing, select settings, then account settings, and then select the + symbol in the upper right to add a new account and select SIP Account in the Generic Accounts section.

Next enter your SIP credentials - these can be found in the
VentureTel dashboard
on the devices basic settings page.

The SIP User ID and SIP Authentication ID are the same as your SIP Username in the VentureTel dashboard. In order to check and access your voicemail enter *98 for your Voicemail UserID and enter your Account Name and Display Name as you'd like it to be displayed in the app.

Under Advanced Settings you may wish to disable WiFi only under networks settings if you would like to use the APP over your LTE data connection.

You can verify that your account is connected under Account Settings, by verifying a green dot next to your account name.
