I get a white screen when trying to open the control panel

When trying to open the control panel after an update to the control panel and the VentureTel network, you may experience an issue where the control panel doesn't load correctly due to your web browsers cache.

To resolve this simply press the 'Shift' key while clicking the reload button or refresh button in your browser, and the login page should load.  Once you have logged in you may have to reload once more while pressing the shift key to clear the cache for the control panel interface.
