How to Setup Your e911 Address
You'll need to setup your e911 address so in case of emergency first responders can have the address from where you are calling when calling from an internet phone.
If you have multiple office locations, each office should be configured to utilize a different phone number for emergency calls, and an e911 address should be associated with the emergency number for that office. Contact support for help in making sure this is configured correctly
To setup an e911 address do the following
- Go to the admin dashboard.
- Click on "Numbers" at the top of the screen.
- Click the ambulance icon next to the number for which you are trying to setup e911.
- Add the information and click "Submit".
