How to Configure Follow Me Settings

Follow Me is a setting that will allow phone calls to begin forwarding to other phones when away from the office. So you can setup your cell phone to only ring if a call is not answered at the office within a specified time limit.

Setting up Follow Me:

  1. Click Account Settings (Gear icon), then Follow me/Find me tab and toggle the switch to on.
  2. ‚ÄčFor the phones you would like to delay ringing, toggle on Do Not Ring, then set the duration you would like it to wait to begin ringing.


In this example "test1" will only ring for 23 seconds, then "zac" will begin ringing at 15 seconds and go all the way up to 120 seconds.
