Forwarding missed calls on your cell phone to office voicemail
You may wish to be able to send calls to your Venturetel voicemail when you don't answer a call made to your cell phone. Most cell phone providers offer the ability to forward missed calls to a different number, below are instructions for AT&T and Verizon.
To enable this you will first need to setup a direct dial to your voicemail box - this is done in advanced call flows, and we recommend opening a support ticket for help in setting this up if you are not an advanced user.
Once you have the direct dial number setup to dial your voicemail directly, follow the appropriate steps for forwarding missed calls (not all calls) to the direct dial of your voicemail.

To enable
To turn on conditional call forwarding dialing the following, replace 1234567890 with you VentureTel voicemail direct number.
- Dial *711234567890 digit direct number for voicemail wait for the confirmation stutter tone, then hang up.

To turn on conditional call forwarding, enter the following 3 commands one at a time on your phone’s keypad, and wait for confirmation. After entering each command, tap Send or Call, hang up, and enter the next command. Replace 1234567890 with your VentureTel voicemail direct number.
- Call forward if unanswered: *61*1234567890#
- Call forward if unreachable *62*1234567890#
- Call forward if busy: *67*1234567890#
To disable
To turn off conditional call forwarding, enter the following 3 commands one at a time on your phone’s keypad, and wait for confirmation. After entering each command, tap Send or Call, hang up, and enter the next command:
- Call forward if unanswered: ##61#
- Call forward if unreachable: ##62#
- Call forward if busy: ##67#
