Factory Reset Grandstream GXP21XX

Please only factory reset your phone if instructed to do so by support.

On the phone, press the center button in the five-button navigation keys to bring up the menu. Select the "System" option.  Scroll to and select "Factory Functions."  Scroll to the last option, "Factory reset," and select it.  Confirm by pressing the "Yes" softkey.   The phone will clear its memory and reboot, which can take a few minutes.
