Creating A Paging Group
A paging group is a group of users or devices that when called automatically answer and allow one way (or two way) conversations. Typically this is best used for one way conversations as two way conversations in a ring group can cause feedback depending on the locations of the phones.
Page groups are create in advanced call flows.
- Start by creating a new call flow and giving it an extension.
- Then drag and drop the "Page Group" action from the Advanced section on the right.
- In the page group dialogue box select the users and/or devices for the page group.
